Basic Concepts of Precision Casting Parts
Precision casting parts include: investment casting, ceramic casting, metal casting, pressure casting, lost foam casting. One of the more commonly used is investment casting, also known as lost wax casting: selection of suitable investment casting materials (such as paraffin wax) manufacturing mold; in the mold on the repeated dipping refractory coatings and sprinkle refractory sand process, hardening and drying of the shell; and then the internal melting mold melting away, access to the cavity; baking shell to obtain sufficient strength, and burn off the residual mold material; pouring of the required metal materials; solidification and cooling, after the shell clearing of sand, and thus obtain high-precision finished products. Principles of selection of precision casting parts

Scope and method of cleaning precision casting parts
